Free delivery to the Company Servicing Centers

We provide delivery of products ordered on the website to any region of Russia.
You can pick up your order in any of the Company Servicing Centers.
Company Servicing Centers Business Hours: from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm (in Moscow – untill 22:00 pm).

As soon as the order has been assembled, you will receive email notification it is ready for pickup.
  • The paid order is kept in store for 30 calendar days.
  • The unpaid order is kept in store for 5 calendar days.
Upon receiving the order in the Company Servicing Center, check it for any shortages and sign the Receipt of Goods Form.
NOTE! The problems regarding shortages shall be solved before the Client signs the Receipt of Goods Form.

Door-to-door delivery services all over Russia

Delivery cost
For an order up to 3,000 roubles, the delivery cost starts at 250 roubles.
If your order totals more than 3,000 roubles, the delivery to the cities on the list is free.
Delivery costs for other cities and regions of Russia will be specified during the Order placement at the Website.

Delivery Schedule
Courier service to the cities within Russia is provided daily from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, except for Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery beyond the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) is made on working days from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm. There is no delivery on weekends.

After the order has been placed, it will be delivered within 2-3 days (excluding the day of order placement). For orders, placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the delivery is only possible starting from Tuesday next week.
The schedule is subject to change on holidays and days of nationwide events. Follow the news on our website.

Order Receipt
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information (address, full name of the receiver, mobile phone number) given when filling out the door-to-door delivery form.
To receive an order, please show a courier the passport or other ID of the receiver specified in the delivery form.

The courier will call you in advance to schedule an approximate delivery time. You will be called one more time in case the courier does not find you at the specified address within the agreed time frame. The courier has the right to leave after waiting for 10 minutes. In this case, the order status will be changed to "Failed delivery due to the Client's absence".
If the access to the specified location is limited (enclosed territory, rising arm barrier), the receiver is to enable the courier to carry out the delivery. To repeat delivery, please contact us at or call our hotline. NOTE! Repeated delivery is possible only after the delivery service fee has been repaid in full. In the event of a refusal, you will be refunded the order cost, excluding the delivery charges.

Upon receiving the order, check the package for damage and presence of printed adhesive tape; the package should be dry and smooth, adhesive tape – unbroken. You may refuse to receive the order if the condition of the package raises doubts.
In case you find out, after having opened the package, that the number of items does not correspond to those indicated in the Receipt of Goods Form, the goods are damaged, etc., you can refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier or accept the delivery and write the customer care service about the defects of the order received. To do it, you should:
  1. Take a photo of the goods.
  2. Indicate what items are missing or damaged and their quantity.

Delivery to the pickup point

Delivery of order totals over 3,000 roubles in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg is free of charge.
You can find out the cost of delivery to other cities by choosing "Pickup – delivery service department" when placing your order.
Delivery time is calculated in business days, starting from the business day next to the day of order placement. The delivery time indicated when placing an order is approximate and may be slightly extended or shortened.

Order receipt
Once the order has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS-message informing you on the date until which you are to pick up your order. The order will be kept at the pick-up point for 7 business days. The SMS-message will also specify the unique delivery code to receive the order and the pick-up point address.
In case of a failed delivery within the given time frame, repeated delivery is possible only after the service fee has been repaid in full. In the event of a refusal of delivery, you will be refunded the order cost, excluding the delivery charges.

Delivery by Russian Post

Delivery by Russian Post is made to any region of Russia.
In case of delivery by Russian Post, the goods may be picked up at a post office at any location. Delivery time by Russian Post is up to 15 business days after the order has been transferred to the sending office.

You can make an instant payment by bank card (Visa, MasterCard) or in any other way available on the website when choosing a payment method.

All the payments on the website are made via PayMaster and Sberbank payment gateway, which provide Internet acquiring services.


You may pay for your order with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterСard, Maestro. To do this, select the relevant payment method after you've made an order on the website. After order confirmation, you will be redirected to the protected payment page of Sberbank where your bank card data must be entered. After successful payment, you will receive an electronic receipt at the specified e-mail address. Information on the receipt will also include all the details on the transaction made. Payment can be made with a card of any bank.

Please note!
In case you chose "Payment through Sberbank", you will have to make money transfer in the bank department. This way of payment has nothing to do with the online-payment mentioned above.

In all other cases the transaction will be made via PayMaster. This method of payment ensures the security of your bank card details, which is confirmed by the compliance with PCI DSS. The card data are entered at the protected payment page and are transferred to the PayMaster processing center via the encrypted HTTPS/SSL protocol. Further information transmission is performed through closed bank networks having the highest security level. PayMaster does not share your card's details with third parties.


MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa make online purchasing more safe. If your bank maintains these protocols, during the payment procedure the additional window, connecting you with your bank, will be opened. Enter your personal password (which is available only to your bank) to identify yourself as a rightful credit card owner.

Generally, the money from your account is transferred immediately after you place the order or within a few hours.
